If you experience a power cut you will need to contact your local electricity distribution company as they are responsible for maintaining the network and wires in your region and for ensuring that your power supply is maintained. The emergency number for your region is printed on your bill.

However if you don’t have a bill to hand you can look the number up here by entering your postcode below.
